The Master Class we offer runs on a Saturday morning from 10:30 untill 11:45. In this session you will learn the basics of sushi, from how to perfect your rice, to rolling a flavoursome mouth watering uramaki. We cover everything on our menu, and give you inside tips on how we keep it rollin. The best bit? At the end you get to eat the chefs half selection, plus the half that the chef has prepared for you. The classes run at £40 per head, which includes your full tutorial, a chefs half and a drink.
